I recently attended Jatinder and Raj’s group session offering counselling, therapy and breathing exercises, and it has been transformative. Both provided a safe space to discuss our concerns, they were not only empathetic but also incredibly insightful. They listened to my concerns without judgement and helped me navigate through some of my toughest emotions. It felt like talking to a wise friend who genuinely cared about my well being. The breathing exercises were a revelation, am sure I can manage my stress and anxiety better after incorporating them.

I highly recommend this workshop. Jatinder and Raj provided a relaxing and warm environment in which I was able to take the time out to recognise the types of stressors in my life and what strategies I can use to reduce them. I met some great, insightful people who made me feel like I was not alone. The workshop was value for money, parking was not an issue and the time was convenient. I found Raj and Jatinder to be very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly professionals. I will definitely be attending more workshops with them.

I had a wonderful experience at this meditation class. Raj and Jyoti were knowledgeable, calming, and created a peaceful atmosphere. The session was well-structured, making it easy for beginners while still offering depth for those more experienced. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and more present. This session hosted by Joti and Raj was amazing. They talked about various kinds of stress and ways to deal with it. The session was both interactive and informative. The participants shared their stresses, concerns and their ways to overcome them. We all were able to exchange ideas, knowledge as well as energy.
It was overall a good session and both host were very warm throughout.

I visited one of their workshops and it was really helpful for me. I learned a lot about meditation and it has helped me a lot after i started implementing them in my life. The environment was really calm and there were snacks on the table. I would totally recommend it

A great experience attending this session with Raj & Jyoti. The breathwork got me and the entire audience into a calm and introspective state. The discussion about stresses in life and hearing the audience's experiences was very mind opening.

I had a few sessions with Raj where we went through different areas of life.

He is always sharing his real-life experiences and asks you the right questions to help get clarity about long-term goals and prioritise what matters most (over what just feels good in the moment).

Friendly environment, the meditation and breathing session were well guided, easy to follow and I felt calmer and happier through out the session. I really recommend this meditation with Raj. You are surrounded by positivity and inner peace at "Living Intentionally".
