Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and appointments sometimes need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let Jatinder know as early as you can.

Appointment times are held exclusively for you, so notice makes it possible to offer the time to someone else who is waiting.

How to cancel or reschedule

Call (02) 8668 0089 or email info@rightbyyourside.com.au. If your call isn't answered, leave a message with your name and appointment time and it will be actioned.

Late notice

Where an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed without contact, a fee may apply. Any fee is discussed with you directly — you will never be charged without being told first.

Unexpected circumstances

Illness, emergencies and genuinely unavoidable events are treated with understanding. Please simply get in touch.
