I recently attended Jatinder and Raj’s group session offering counselling, therapy and breathing exercises, and it has been transformative. Both provided a safe space to discuss our concerns, they were not only empathetic but also incredibly insightful. I highly recommend this workshop. Jatinder and Raj provided a relaxing and warm environment in which I was able to take the time out to recognise the types of stressors in my life and what strategies I can use to reduce them. I met some great, insightful people who made me feel like I was not alone. The workshop was value for money, parking was not an issue and the time was convenient. I found Raj and Jatinder to be very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly professionals. I will definitely be attending more workshops with them.

This session hosted by Joti and Raj was amazing. They talked about various kinds of stress and ways to deal with it. The session was both interactive and informative. The participants shared their stresses, concerns and their ways to overcome them. We all were able to exchange ideas, knowledge as well as energy. It was overall a good session and both host were very warm throughout.
