Most of us encounter anxiety-inducing or even tragic events in our lives. Stress is a common by-product, leading to coping difficulties, health issues, and plummeting confidence.
Human stressors can be grouped into four main categories: stress of mind, emotions, body, and soul. In this interactive workshop, we help you identify the stressors in your life. Once identified, we show you how stress can be predicted, and once predicted, prevented!
- Develop habits and attitudes of listening and learning to limit stress.
- Learn the language of de-stressing mind, emotions, body, and soul.
- Respond, don’t react.
- Release self-criticism, insomnia, and lethargy.
- Increase energy, focus, and confidence.
